Ingredients

 TBSPolive oil

 garlic clove, sliced

 large bunch of fresh spinach, stems removed (12 cups)

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped almonds

 TBSPfresh lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant and slightly golden, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in spinach, cover, and cook over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes until the spinach wilts. Pour in raisins and almonds, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and stir to combine. Serve warm.
