Sliced tomatoes add color and flavor to traditional macaroni and cheese. The bread crumbs add a nice texture and crunch. Try topping with fresh basil, if desired.

1 package (40 ounces)Family Size Macaroni & Cheese
1 cup thinly sliced Roma or other tomatoes
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, toasted
1 teaspoon butter, melted
BAKE Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions for 40 minutes or until just thawed and can be stirred easily. Transfer Macaroni & Cheese to a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with tomato slices.
COMBINE bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over Macaroni & Cheese.
BAKE for an additional 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
