Blistered Green Beans with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

 TBSPolive oil, divided

16  ozfresh green beans, trimmed

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

 TBSPwhole-grain mustard

 TBSPvinegar

 TSPfresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium skillet, add green beans and sauté over medium-high heat until they begin to brown and blister, about 5 to 6 minutes. While the beans cook, whisk together yogurt, mustard, vinegar, and remaining olive oil in a medium bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove beans from heat, transfer to a serving dish or plate into individual portions, drizzle with sauce and garnish with torn basil.
