Fit Kitchen Chicken Enchilada Verde is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed. Would not recommend. The bad reviews are consistent for a reason. Even using their cook times as a "guideline" as they keep is way off. Tortilla cooks tougher than cardboard. Couldn't even cut it at the ends. Taste wise the enchilada is bland and the rice just tastes sour...not in a Verde way. Also disappointing to see so much white rice in meal claiming to be "fit". Over 50% of the meal is carbs between rice and then also tortilla. Yes there's lot of protein but I feel they're trying to distract you from the higher sodium, carbs and even cals. Buyer beware and read your labels like anything.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frightful, not Fit If you like sour, unflavored, super high sodium food, you've found your frozen delight! I on the other hand, will never purchase this or any of the FitKitchen frozen foods. This was my trial and it completely erred. Go for Kashi if you want better ingredients and flavor. Sorry FitKitchen. Not great on fitness or kitchen skillz.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flavor is there, but Chicken isn't Have enjoyed some of the other Fit entrees, but not this one. Tortilla got hard, could not even cut it. Mostly though- it needed chicken! Lots of nicely flavored beans and rice- but very little chicken. Please tweak the prep time and add more chicken to this meal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Enchilada verde I have consumed several FITKITCHEN products and loved the entrees.. However the enchilada verde was terrible. I could not cut the enchilada with a steak knife. Maybe being a new product it wasn't prepared properly. It would be very difficult to recommend this entrée.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not follow cooking time listed on box!! Cooked according to directions in a 1000 watt microwave. Meal was overcooked, dried out, completely inedible. Very disappointed because it smelled really good cooking. ☹️

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Food is good, cooking directions sucked. I made this for lunch today and I followed the directions exactly and it cooked the tortilla way too long. I really think they should revise the cooking instructions based on so many similar reviews. The taste is pretty good though. I'm sad I ruined it by cooking it incorrectly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooking directions overcook everything Same as other reviewers, I followed the instructions of the box on a 1000w microwave oven, (which should have under cooked it), but the tortilla came out so hard and crispy (it's not supposed to be crispy), I could not eat it. The taste of the chicken wasn't good either. First time ever I've had a Stouffers meal that I didn't like. That's why I'm surprised.
