Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooking directions overcook everything Same as other reviewers, I followed the instructions of the box on a 1000w microwave oven, (which should have under cooked it), but the tortilla came out so hard and crispy (it's not supposed to be crispy), I could not eat it. The taste of the chicken wasn't good either. First time ever I've had a Stouffers meal that I didn't like. That's why I'm surprised.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooked it exactly as directed, parts were literally inedible, hard as a rock. Perhaps directions are incorrect. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Like a rock Followed the directions exactly and parts of the meal were like granite. The edible part did not taste good. Similar experience with another Fit Kitchen product. I would suggest separating the tortilla part from the chicken and rice part and do it in separate sections.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sadly terrible. I followed the directions exactly and the enchilada was as hard as a rock. Totally inedible. I would suggest reducing the time. I used a small microwave which normally means something is undercooked. This was way over cooked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY GOOD, BUT YOU MAY WANT TO REDUCE THE COOKING My microwave oven always overcooks frozen dinners if I use the cooking time on the product box. I think part of the reason for this is the ridiculous FDA notion that you need to cook your food to the point of burning your food to a crisp in order to make it safe to eat. The frozen food industry has to follow the FDA recommendations to sell their products. 8 minutes total cooking time is way to much. I cooked mine for 5 minutes and let it stand for 5 minutes. The long stand time lets the heat penetrate the whole meal. That said the shell was still a little tough so I might try reducing the cooking time a little more the next time. The seasoning was just right for my American taste.
