Rated 3 out of 5 by Redjan from Really disappointed at the changes in this dish I've been buying this Lasagna Italiana in the 2 meal size for the past 5 or more years and eating it several times a week. Actually one of my favorite dishes and NEVER, ever disappointed (and I'm Italian). I had a feeling eventually someone would decide to mess around with success and change this dish, either to buy cheaper ingredients to make more money or just to change for change's sake. For the past few weeks the Lasaga Italiana that I've bought from the same stores I've always bought it has been so very different it's as if I've been buying a different brand and a different product. The cheeses are the very cheapest and poorest imitations of the real thing and I'm so disappointed. The mozzarella is nothing like real mozzarella and the disgusting mess that is being passed off as ricotta -- yuck. Please, please go back to the recipe you were using up until recently. I'm willing to try this product a few more times but after that you've lost a long-time, previously very satisfied customer who has consistently bought a lot of your products. Please change your error made for whatever reasons and go back to your previously wonderful recipe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Midge from The very worst I've ever tasted. Sorry I bought it this morning and my husband and I ate it for dinner tonight. I followed directions to the T so it got a very fair try ! This is the first time I haven't liked a Stouffers product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by TatianaB from Soup lasagna?? I bought this last night, my family was excited for lasagna cut into it and it's extra watery? I realize I am not the first person to say this... basically was lasagna soup. I am very disappointed and upset this is how it turned out. I love the original meat and cheese sauce always comes out perfect but the italiano was way to watery .

Rated 1 out of 5 by stevec from Lasagna Italiano Bought this at Wal-Mart yesterday & baked it today. How disappointing to discover virtually no meat to speak of in the sauce. Won't make that mistake again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cate88 from Our favorite lasagna I buy this one often because I love the Italian sausage and the ricotta, my super picky family does too but we bought one a few days ago that was totally miserable. The pan had a few cups of extra water in it when baked and the ricotta layer was missing. So bummed! We'll still be customers though, unless it becomes a regular problem.
