Cooking Instructions

For food safety and quality, follow these instructions.

Microwave (1100 Watts)

1) Leave film on meal. Do not vent. 
2) Cook 4 MINUTES on high. 
3) Stir both entree & side dish and re-cover. 
4) Cook again 2:30 MINUTES on high. 
5) Let stand 1 minute.

• Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F
• Directions developed using 1100 WATT microwave oven. Ovens vary, cooking time may need adjusting

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet & Smokey BBQ I love, love, love this meal...It is my favorite...I get this each week because it is the BEST....please do not make ANY changes or change to one of the bowls.....It is perfect!!! Sometimes I get 2 a week. I use it with my diet and love being able to have great food and lose weight....The only problem...the one I had today states it is 450 calories on this site it has 490 calories...40 calories is a BIG difference when you are on a low calorie plan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SODIUM ISN'T BAD FOR YOU Don't leave a review bashing sodium content when you don't even know what its function is in the body :) Good product. PS don't cut sodium from your diet. Your body wastes what it doesn't use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great taste but Kind of high in sodium and sugar great taste sat fats not so good but over all the protein is good and the sodium is lower than most brands. But still high. It has good flavour i eat it all the time regardless but i would like some changes to it. The fit kitchen label maybe not but it is close Try checking some of these other brands 1400 and higher sodium. At least they are trying to lower it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More flavor than most frozen meals Yes there were a couple of small gristle pieces but on a whole this was a tasty dish. Much more flavor than other frozen dinners. I like the fact that this has 30 grams of protein.
