They like to package these in large boxes to make it seem like you're buying a lot more than you actually get. It's just a few pieces of chicken on rice with a sauce that just tastes like vinegar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Enough to Eat Every Week I came across this meal randomly in the freezer section and decided to try it because I'm always looking for a quick lunch option that is also mostly healthy. I'm so glad I did! A lot of freezer meals are just mush once they're cooked, but this one isn't. The snap of the edamame, the chicken that actually tastes like chicken, the creamy sauce, and the different textures from the other vegetables and grains combined with the 'just right' amount of heat from the jalapeno make this meal one of my go-to lunches. I eat it every week and there are very few meals that fall into that category.
