Per the FDA, the maximum daily recommended intake of sodium for adults and children 4 years and olderis 2300 mg per day.

The sodium in this product is a combination of sodium naturally occuring in the foods/ingredients and the sodium from salt used to impact the taste.

The daily intake of sodium for adults and children 4 and older can be found in approximately 1 tablespoon of salt (i.e., sodium chloride). Read the nutrition information on your food labels to help you stay within your limits.

This meal delivers less than 500 mg of sodiumper serving, which is less than 1/4 of your maximum recommended daily intake. Read the nutrition information on your labels to help you stay within your limits.

According to MyPlate.gov, sodium is an essential nutrient needed in small amounts. It is important for many body processes, including muscle contraction.  That said, most Americans exceed the recommended limits for sodium in the diet, and sodium is a nutrient to get less of.

Autolyzed yeast extract results from the breakdown of yeast cells to release amino acids, salts and carbohydrates. It provides a “meaty” flavor to foods and is often mixed in with seasonings in snack foods, stocks and broths. Spaghetti with Meatballs is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 63.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh. After being so pleased by the lasagna and the ravioli I had high hopes for this meal, but it's really subpar. The noodles were way too soft and made the texture mushy, the meatballs tasted "okay" for what they are, and the meal was absolutely drowning in watery, tomato chunk filled sauce. The last half of the noodles were basically impossible to eat because you'd scoop up way too much sauce alongside them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Gross Hello, I recently bought this item and wasn't satisfied. The spaghetti taste like my cousin's sh×t and I would rather eat a chair, smh. I also noticed that the spaghetti smelled like my dogs balls, it had the microwave smelling like it for a month! Please fix this!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not enough sauce and flavor While the pasta and meatballs were quite good, once mixed together, there was little sauce, and very little flavor. I had to add garlic powder and basil. Did not look tomato-y like the picture on the box.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No meatballs! This product contained ZERO meatballs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What happened to all of the meatballs?? As a longtime & weekly customer, we switch up meals every month. My father & I are usually very happy with Stouffers products. However, I recently purchased a cpl of these Spaghetti & Meatballs & my favorite, Roast Turkey & have been deeply disappointed. The last 3 meals have had 3, 4 & 3 meatballs in each. Every meal used to have 6 meatballs EVERY time. In fact, if you look at a recent review pic down the page, you will see the meal w/ 6 meatballs. We consistently purchase 10-14 meals per week based on our inability to cook gourmet meals & my limited availability at dinner time. My last turkey large sized turkey dinner was freezer burned & inedible. I have had ones with lots of frost, but this one was clearly affected & withered. What is going on over there?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I use to love Spaghetti with Meatballs. I've recently discovered the recipe has been changed. The noodles are larger and the spaghetti sauce taste like it has a hint of barbecue . I had to throw it away not edible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick meal Quick meal that is easy to make. Tastes like your average Stouffer's meal. If your not in the mood cook, this is a perfect meal and will leave you satisfied. Good amount of noodles and meatballs but could use more sauce.
