1) Leave film on product. Do not vent.
2) Cook 4 1/2 MINUTES on high. 
3) Let stand 1 minute to complete cooking.

Conventional Oven

1) Preheat to 350°F
2) Leave film on product. Do not vent.
3) Place tray on baking sheet, center rack. Cook 36 minutes.
4) Let stand 1 minute.

Cooking Tips

• Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F
• Directions developed using 1100 WATT microwave oven. Ovens vary, cooking time may need adjusting

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Chicken Breast I get a few of these and various other Stouffers products/meals. Because I have various meals I always try and follow the guidelines on the preparation of the meal which for the Chicken breast is 4min30sec. I have a 1100 watt Microwave for some reason this is the only meal that chicken turns out dry if I leave it in for the time as Stouffers recommends. Can this time be re-evaluated when I do 4min with this meal it is nicely cooked with a recommended temp of 165F and chicken nice and juicy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice sized portion I just picked up the Stouffer' Baked Chicken Breast and the Lasagna a day ago. Stouffer's has a nice sized portions. The texture and flavors are really good. The chicken was not dry and the pototoes have the right texture. The gravy ties up everything really well. The lasagna is also very good not to saucy and plenty of cheese. I will be buying other varieties of this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stouffers always amazing comfort foods During high stress times it is comfort foods that help get us through the day. Stouffers frozen foods like mac n cheese, lasagna, and chicken breast recipes, are good go-tos to have on hand in the freezer. I also add a package of chunk white tuna - sometimes flavored - to add extra protein to a meal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Chicken Meal I tried the Stouffer's Baked Chicken Breast meal, and it was fine for a frozen meal. I appreciate that this was a boneless chicken breast, so there was no waste. The chicken flavor was fine but the chicken itself was slightly tough. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and had a slight buttery flavor that was good. The gravy was quite thin, but it had a good chicken flavor. I liked the fact that the whole meal was not overly salty. As a meal for one, it is a good option when you want something that reminds you of home cooking.
