Per the FDA, the maximum daily recommended intake of sodium for adults and children 4 years and olderis 2300 mg per day.

The sodium in this product is a combination of sodium naturally occuring in the foods/ingredients and the sodium from salt used to impact the taste.

The daily intake of sodium for adults and children 4 and older can be found in approximately 1 tablespoon of salt (i.e., sodium chloride). Read the nutrition information on your food labels to help you stay within your limits.

This meal delivers less than 500 mg of sodiumper serving, which is less than 1/4 of your maximum recommended daily intake. Read the nutrition information on your labels to help you stay within your limits.

According to MyPlate.gov, sodium is an essential nutrient needed in small amounts. It is important for many body processes, including muscle contraction.  That said, most Americans exceed the recommended limits for sodium in the diet, and sodium is a nutrient to get less of.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tasty I tried one of these that was marked down as it was expiring and was very happy with the taste and the low sugar content. Since then I’ve tried the Cali chicken and want to try some others

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got kick - love the taste This is a mild to moderate spicy dish. Rich flavor - without vinegary taste. I finished rather quick and enjoyed it will buy it again. Simple to cook. Not to wet like some frozen food. Like better chinese take away

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great taste and healthy The first time I tried this I became a bit obsessed with Cajun food for a while. It’s really delicious and doesn’t seem like a frozen type meal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful flavor - I couldn't handle more than 1 bite The total amount of sadness and failure in this dish is overwhelming. I challenge anyone with normal tastebuds to try this and not come away with the feeling that they've just been served literal garbage - this stuff is that bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smells amazing! I love spicy food, and I don't typically buy anything that's not buffalo chicken from the frozen section but I thought I'd give this a try. It's not too spicy, but it just has just enough kick to make your nose run and your eyes water a little. The bell peppers are still nice and crunchy, the beans and rice are just right, and the chicken is perfect after heating them up. The dish looks and smells great, but after a few bites and getting used to the heat the dish seems a little bland in taste. I think it might just be the type of rice used in the dish though.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Spicy Not good overall. I usually like Cajun but this has a funny taste and too much cayenne pepper.
