Cooking Instructions

Microwave (1100 Watts)

1) Leave film on meal. Do not vent. 
2) Cook 4 MINUTES on high. 
3) Stir ENTIRE meal together & re-cover. 
4) Cook again 2 MINUTES on high. 
5) Let stand 1 minute.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT Taste! I absolutely love these and eat several a week for lunch or dinner. They are bomb if you add a couple Thai chili peppers in it during the stirring stage. I highly recommend the Fit Kitchen line of meals and the Teriyaki Chicken is my fav! I think Stouffer's is missing the GF audience because the soy sauce has wheat in it. Go with a GF soy sauce and you may increase sales!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Frozen Low Cal Lunch/Dinner I've had a few chicken teriyaki by other brands. This one is by far my favorite. Luckily, my local Walgreens carries them so I can always find them. For 390 calories, it's very filling. For those worried about the 760mg of sodium, there's a very easy trick for this. I am very sensitive to sodium, even if everything fits in my calorie intake for the day, if I eat too much sodium the scale goes up the next day. This is very true of restaurant soups. I found out that sodium and potassium both occupy the same cell and they do not like to share. The day after I eat too much sodium, I eat a sweet potato (a LOT more potassium than a banana) - roast them, bake it, whatever (just none of the sugar and marshmallows!), and the next day, my weight is back down. The potassium is much stronger than the sodium and kicks it out of the shared cell.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LOVE the chicken I usually buy healthy choice meals, but recently the quality of the chicken has been pretty hit and miss. The chicken in this meal is excellent. Always white meat, no gristle or fat to be found, and for a tv dinner there's a lot of meat here. Which, for a thick girl, is important. A lot of tv dinners really skip on the meat, and as a night shift nurse, I need something filling to get through the night. My one complaint is the high salt content. It's high enough that it makes me doubt whether or not I should buy any more.

I've now had it for lunch the past three nights (night worker here)! Love everything about this meal but the glaze is so delicious; I literally lick the bowl clean every time! Seriously, one of the best frozen dinners I've ever had in my life. I've already recommended it to my family and coworkers. Can't say anything bad about this product! Well, I wish I could find a bigger size because one bowl is never enough for me, ha!
