Ratings & Reviews

Vegetable Lasagna is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's good but too salty We use this often for family parties since family is vegetarian but over 1000 mg of sodium is just too high! Those with health conditions this is entire days worth of sodium. Please consider reducing the sodium in this lasagna. Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Taste/Cooking Time off This lasagna is our family go-to for large parties, but the cooking time is way off. Even if defrosted for over 24 hours, it takes at least an additional one hour to cook and even then the middle is still not hot. If you cook at the temperature and time written on the box, you will get a very cold center. (Our oven is only 3 years old and it is a high end product and we do not have issues other times). Sometimes we don't make for a while and forget the instructions are wrong, and the lasagna doesn't get to the dinner table until the end of dinner... With that being said, we do love the flavor and it is good for vegetarians, so we get if for our parties.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stouffer's - Vegetable Lasagna This is really good for entertaining guests , who do not eat meat (* there are milk products here, so not vegan). It is really a unique product with a delicious pasta/vegetable/sauce combination that is really satisfying to the pallet and hearty without meat. As with most Stouffer's large or party style entrees, this will not be fully cooked within the 120 minute box instructions @ 400 degrees. From my experiences, my oven - 425 @ 120 minutes did the trick, your mileage may vary from oven to oven ...but, very recommended as is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good! Stouffers has the best quick meals to put in the oven or microwave. This lasagna was so delicious and wasn't dry or lacking flavor. It has such a rich pasta taste and the sauce was excellent. I will definitely be buying this to serve dinner on quick nights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great vegetarian option! My family tried this last week, and all but 1 loved it(which means it was a huge hit in our house)! Even the pickiest, non-veggie water loves it! Nice creamy sauce and super flavorful. I love lasagna but can no longer eat meat, so this was a great option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Hit With Family I wanted something different for dinner instead of eating the same old meals. I came across the vegetable lasagna and decided to give it a try. I haven't eaten vegetable lasagna in over 20 years so I was excited to give this brand a try. My kids are very picky eaters but they love lasagna. Skeptical if they would like it, they actually gave it a try and love it! I love that it taste homemade and very delicious. i love this option better than having meat in it. So now i have a delicious meal that I can put in rotation with my other dinner options.
