Autolyzed yeast extract results from the breakdown of yeast cells to release amino acids, salts and carbohydrates. It provides a “meaty” flavor to foods and is often mixed in with seasonings in snack foods, stocks and broths. Because autolyzed yeast extract contains free glutamic acid, those who are sensitive to monosodium glutamate or MSG  should look for the yeast extract on the label. Ratings & Reviews

Baked Ziti is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best baked zita I would rate this with 5 stars but my only complaint is I can't get this in a smaller portion in my area. It only comes in a family size. This is the best frozen baked ziti on the market and most Italian restaurants doesn't tastes as good as stouffer's.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A favorite One of my staple dinners. never disappointed. I find the portions are perfect. If I want more cheese I just add a sprinkle and its on. Perfect for someone who is on the go but likes a quality meal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed. I thought I would try something new as Stouffer's never dissapoints I thought the Ziti would be a good choice. It was not! The portion was too little for my family to have enough. There was hardly any cheese, though the cover shows the entree dripping in it. We were all quite dissappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved every bite! I purchased this frozen meal and kept it in my freezer for a while until I decided to eat it for dinner last night, and let me tell you... I wish I had eaten it sooner. It was soo good! I enjoyed every bite. The flavor was awesome AND it was filling! I have no complaints. I can’t wait to go back to the store to purchase more. It is one hearty flavorful meal that I would definitely recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s OK My kids love the chicken & noodles so much I should have bought that again but I wanted them to try the ziti. It was more like tomato sauce soup with a little pasta thrown in. Not great, just OK. Wish the quality was consistent among all the dishes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too much sauce too few noodles... Had this for a quick dinner tonight and while the flavor was good it had too much sauce and way too few noodles..for the price i expected better ..but flavor was good overall

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hope you like salt Don't get me wrong... I'm actually surprised by the other reviews saying the "ratios" weren't what they expected. Thats the one thing this one got right. Its loaded with mozzeralla and beef, the two things I thought it would be lacking. It just tastes like pure salt though! Wish I had checked the sodium content before making it. 1230 milligrams! My gosh!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this and was very disappointed. The pasta was overcooked. I think because there was so much sauce it was soupy. The ratio of pasta to sauce was wrong, not enough pasta and too much sauce. I will not purchase this again.
