The sodium in this product is a combination of sodium naturally occuring in the foods/ingredients and the sodium from salt used to impact the taste.

The daily intake of sodium for adults and children 4 and older can be found in approximately 1 tablespoon of salt (i.e., sodium chloride). Read the nutrition information on your food labels to help you stay within your limits.

This meal delivers less than 500 mg of sodiumper serving, which is less than 1/4 of your maximum recommended daily intake. Read the nutrition information on your labels to help you stay within your limits.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked it - reminded me of Hamburger Helper I enjoyed this. It reminded me of cheeseburger mac hamburger helper. It was just a little easier to make and didn't cause as much of a mess.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid, kid-friendly casserole I bought this for our family of 5, which includes 3 toddlers. After reading the reviews beforehand, I knew this was going to be a bit on the bland side, which is probably preferred when catering to picky eaters. When I pulled the plastic off at the 55 min mark to stir, I added in a half can of diced tomatoes, and a generous unmeasured addition of black pepper, garlic salt, and an Italian blend seasoning. Then baked for an additional 20 minutes as directed. The bake was a bit soupy when done but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kids ate this right up, my husband and I added a bit of red pepper flake to our plates. I would buy this again, make the same additions, and also maybe add French fried onions on top or crunched up cheez-it’s for a bit more flavor and a bit more crunch. Garlic bread to sop up some of the cheesy sauce would be great too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was pretty bad and I wouldn't buy again. Found this at Walmart a few days ago and thought it would be an easy, delicious dinner one night when I didn't feel like cooking. Well, it was very easy, but delicious, no. The picture on the box and even the way it looks after it is cooked is very deceptive. Mushy, no meat, i flavor, nastiness. Stouffer's has a few meals that are so good, but this isn't one of them. On a positive note, our two year old ate three servings. My husband, two older girls and myself hated it though, so won't be purchasing again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very deceptive cover photo and description Was at Walmart, saw this, and based on the cover photo and description purchased it. Was so disappointed as like many others have stated it was soupy, bland and WHERE’S THE MEAT? Sorry, I like a lot Stouffers products but this one was really awful.
