Ratings & Reviews

Fettuccini Alfredo is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 111.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rich and Creamy Very rich and creamy sauce with an abundance of noodles. Maybe an unfair 4 stars, but there are other Stouffers dinners that are outstanding that get 5 - I have to differentiate. I especially love this one, because I’m not a big meat eater. With the option to buy this with or without chicken is a bonus!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality and taste! I was pleasantly surprised by this alfredo! The store was out of alfredo sauce, so I went with this thinking it wouldn’t be as good. But I was very wrong! The sauce was so savory and way better than I had anticipated. It reminded me of alfredo from a restaurant, not a frozen meal. I strongly recommend this as an alternative to cooking the pasta and sauce yourself, especially since it’s faster.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job No, it's not extremely flavorful, but there are ways to doctor that up. Add some spices, some veg. What I liked about it though was that it was much more filling than it looked. Wow, that is going to tide a person over.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could have been better The sauce was thin and watery. It also left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I expected more from Stouffer’s. It was a waste of money. Usually I get the meat lovers lasagna, guess I’ll stick to that one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great taste my family loved! I bought this a month ago and I am so happy I did. Easy to follow instructions, easy to cook and tastes great. My teenagers love it and can make it without help so really helpful for busy parents. I will be stocking up on these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Happy Why did you change your fettuccini alfredo sauce? It used to be so good. Now it is watery and tasteless. I ate this at least 4 times a week. So I am not happy about the change. Don't fix what ain't broke. Please bring back the other recipe!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious I needed convenience but wanted something really tasty to make for dinner as well. Since I was cooking just for two of us for awhile there, this seemed a great choice instead of making a huge dinner, and filling the sink with dishes. I wasn't sure how it would taste, but was really pleasantly surprised. It was such a time saver, and we were still able to have one of my favorite meals without spending a huge amount of time. I paired it with some veggies and a salad, and voila! Dinner just like that! Loved it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened to my favorite frozen meal??! For years, this has been the one frozen meal I've really enjoyed. Wonderfully thick and creamy Yummy sauce and perfect noodles. I added mixed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, making really great primavera meal. We buy them 10 at time, but sadly, I'll not be eating them anymore. Thin, tasteless, watery sauce and rubbery disgusting noodles. I tried to choke it down, but had to throw it out. I'm assuming the recipe has changed, but would be happy to hear it was just a bad batch. How can I find out?
