Cooking Instructions

For food safety and quality, follow these instructions.

Microwave (1100 Watts)

1) Leave film on product. Do not vent. 
2) Cook 4 minutes on high. 
3) Uncover and Cook Again 4 minutes on 50% power.
4) Let stand 1 minute to complete cooking.

Conventional Oven

1) Preheat to 350°F
2) Leave film on product. Do not vent.
3) Place tray on baking sheet, center rack. Cook 48 minutes. 
4) Let stand 1 minute 

Cooking Tips

• Will be hot! 
• Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F
• Directions developed using 1100 WATT microwave oven. Ovens vary, cooking time may need adjusting
• Do not prepare in toaster oven
• Do not reheat tray

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much sauce; not enough cheese I bought this lasagna yesterday and followed the instructions to the T. However, this lasagna did not meet my expectations. Like previous reviews, this lasagna way way too watery with very little cheese. I bought the family size portion for $13 and I feel like it was a total waste of money. I have tried other stouffers products in the past, and loved them, but this one was highly disappointing. :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Where's the cheese!! I have looked for the single or 2 person size of this product for MONTHS now! I would buy 3 and 4 of these at a time when they were available for my work lunch. I have tried finding them at Walmart, Amazon, Kroger and a couple of other local stores but they have not stocked them or are "out of stock" for well over 2 months. Have you stopped making this item? Where's the Cheese(lasagna)!!??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Where's The Cheese In this???? I am disappointed in the Five Cheese Lasagna!! There's too too much sauce and the sauce taste like pork or like it would have meat in it but it doesn't!! The even more disappointing part of this is there's hardly NO CHEESE in it!! There's only a little sprinkle on top and a little amount of ricotta cheese like a teaspoon!!! I don't understand why it's called Five Cheese if there's hardly NO CHEESE in it!! It's not a bad batch since I purchased this several times at different stores and at different times and it's all the same!!! Last I am tired of the free coupon response and just fix the problem already by making it the way it should be!!!! This is like a Chef Boyardee poor quality meal lately and Stouffers used be great high quality food!!!! I don't know why they want to sabotage their food and lose customers!!!! I guess it's like how other companies are doing it so they save money by cutting down on the ingredients and making it poor quality!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed Stouffer's Lasagna has been a guilty pleasure dinner item for me for probably 20 years. Because of my diets needs it I can only eat something like this once or twice a year and have to sacrifice other food items to do so. Had this on my mind for about 2-3 weeks and finally decided now was the time! What a surprise and disappointment. I guess Stouffers must be on hard times. My lasagna of old is gone and has been replaced by noodles swimming in a sea of sauce that is obviously a new recipe, and not one that I like. For a five cheese lasagna there was almost no cheese and what little there was was all on top. No layers, just noodles in a watery sauce.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nope The sauce on this is horrid & there’s way to much. I wanted lasagna so badly that I went to two different stores to find the meat free. I’d have made my own homemade (been better off) except it doesn’t fit in w/ the eating plan my family is doing. Never did I find something from Stouffers this bad. Seriously Stouffers, “new and improved” on the cheese lasagna would be so good to see soon. Y’all know it blows.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Opposite Day there in Gaffney? Dude what happened? Did the assistant supervisor get after the factory workers for putting too much cheese in or what. Bought the 5 cheese lasagna and there was like almost nothing but tomatoes paste and noodles. $12 worth of red noodles, a couple of white peoples of “ricotta or cottage cheeses in the middles” and the only good cheese only on top, not even to the sides. Lasagna cheese is supposed to be layered. And what are the other kinds of cheeses? Part and Romana? Those don’t count in an already true Italian family, You would have to dump a truckload of those seasoning cheeses in to make it fill up a hungry person..... just as well make some railmen noodles with Mozzetta day cheddar at home. Come out a LOT cheaper and healthier that the “Chef Bogarde recreations they are making there now.
