Cooked White Meat Chicken, Water, Chicken Fat, Wheat Flour, Cream, Chicken Broth, 2% or Less of Peas (Peas, Salt), Modified Cornstarch, Carrots, Cheddar Club CheeseCheese

Salt is an important ingredient in the manufacturing of many types of cheese, but we work with cheese makers to give you cheeses with great taste and limited salt wherever possible.
Cheese is found in the dairy food group. Did you know that 3/4 ounce of hard cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella, swiss, parmesan) or 1 ounce of processed cheese (e.g., American) is equivalent to 1/2 cup of milk?

Carrageenan is a naturally-occurring compound found in red seaweed that is used to thicken products or to stabilize texture.  Carrageenan has been used safely and successfully for centuries. To reassure the public on its safety, it has been reviewed by many regulatory authorities and subjected to many biological and toxicological tests and has been found to be safe for consumption.
, Chicken Flavor (Dried Chicken Broth, Chicken Powder, Natural Flavor), Whey Protein ConcentrateWhey Protein Concentrate

Whey is one of two proteins found in milk. The other is casein. Whey protein concentrate is a form of whey from which the lactose, minerals and water have been removed. It contains low levels of fat and carbohydrates and 30 to 90 percent protein. It is used as an emulsifier to blend oil- and water-based ingredients, as a thickening agent and to boost protein content in foods. This ingredient is considered by the USDA or FDA to be safe for this intended use.
, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Phosphate, Yeast, Maltodextrin, Spices, Fructose, Autolyzed Yeast ExtractAutolyzed Yeast Extract

Autolyzed yeast extract results from the breakdown of yeast cells to release amino acids, salts and carbohydrates. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just okay It was a filling meal, but it was just okay. Would love to try some of the other options available though! The quality was great, and you can't beat the convenience on a busy week night. This one just wasn't a good fit for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good! Our family loved the Stouffers Chicken and Vegetable Rice Bake! There is just the right amount of rice, vegetables, chicken and cheese sauce in each bite. Really good flavor. My kids are pretty picky eaters but they gobbled this right up! I love the convenience of just throwing this in the oven on a busy night at home and just adding a side salad. Definitely will get this again, and I can’t wait to try their other meals!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for family dinner We tried the Stouffers Family Size Chicken and vegetable rice bake. I paired this with a salad a dinner rolls and made for the perfect family meal. The portion is perfect for a family of 4 and it was creamy and satisfying. If you don't have time to whip something up from scratch, this is the next best meal, tastes homemade and delicious!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great flavor that the whole family enjoyed We don't buy a lot of frozen foods because with two picky kids in the house it's hard to please everyone. This meal was able to make everyone happy, though. It was a nice large portion, and the kids loved it, and didn't even mind the few veggies. We added a little bit of extra cheese to it (because we love cheese), and it brought it up yet another level. WOuld definitely buy again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Grandmas! I font know what I expected with this dish, but it was so good my kids gobbled it right down. Its super creamy and rich, it really tastes homemade! Portion sizes were on point and the chicken was juicy and fresh. Paired with a salad it made the perfect family dinner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This had to be my favorite pre-made meal. It's great from the microwave, but if you use the micro-bake method on the family-size the crust gets so brown and crunchy! It's wonderful and the sauce thickens up nicely. It's the closest thing to homemade. The Family Size casserole will serve about four bowls worth and it tasted great and it was pretty filling. It has creamy sauce (not too heavy) and good amount of rice. Leftovers reheat well in the microwave. Great stuff! We always have one in our freezer now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The chicken Alfredo was pretty good We chose the family sized Stouffer's Chicken Alfredo to serve at a small family gathering. Alongside a nice array of homemade foods, no one besides my daughter and I knew it was a frozen style dinner. A few of us had a second helping! The sauce was creamy and seasoned well, there was a good amount of white meat chicken throughout too. It's not just tasty, we served it as a side dish but you could easily make this the main meal; it's pretty filling.
