Family Size Chicken Alfredo is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chicken Alfredo I’ve been getting the bag version of the chicken Alfredo for over a decade. I don’t why you guys went to this new recipe in the box version but I’m telling you right now the shelves were clearing with the bag version AND the beef version. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! go back to the bag version recipe with the broccoli pasta peas chicken and put more cheese in it too. Get rid of this box recipe you have because it’s horrible. My family and I would eat it every week and we currently craving it! Do the right thing guys don’t fix what’s not broken. Joseph Connecticut

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible aftertaste We love Stouffer's Lasagnas, so figured we'd try some over family meals to expand our "easy meal" nights. It smelled delicious, but it had an awful aftertaste. Tasted like chemicals, smokey and like something burnt, although we cooked it according to box and the meal itself wasn't physically burnt. Will not be buying again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bring Back the Bag!!! I really enjoyed the skillet version of this recipe. I miss the carrot slices, peas and broccoli. Bring back the other version this one is a fraction of what the other version brought to our dinner table.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Box version is awful Been eating Stouffer's chicken alfredo for years. The bag version taste a whole lot better than the box version. I don't know why y'all discontinued selling the bag version. I hope y'all bring it back since it normally sells out here pretty fast.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Worth It After a horrible experience with a different Stouffer's product last year I thought they deserved a second chance. Boy was I wrong!! The cooking time is way off. It took well over 90 minutes (package says 65 minutes) in order to reach a safe internal temperature. And at that time the product was incredibly runny. I figured it would thicken upon standing. It did not!! There was absolutely no taste whatsoever. Actually all I could taste was the sodium that seems to be a favorite ingredient for Stouffer's. YUCK!! Chicken is listed as the third ingredient so I figured there would be chicken in the package. Wrong again!! There were only two small pieces of what I would identify as chicken even though they didn't taste like it. Then the image on the package shows what I assume should be parsley. There was no green stuff in the package at all. The pasta was spongy and way too tasteless to make me believe it was actually pasta at one point. I will NEVER purchase another Stouffer's product again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wasnt expecting much, but pleasantly surprised. I bought this because at $10 for 3lbs of pasta it's a good deal. Wasn't expecting it to be anything great, but no joke, this Stouffers chicken alfredo is better than chicken alfredo I've had at big name sit-down restaurants.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting I bought this about 4 days ago, had it for lunch yesterday. Easy to cook. Clear instructions. It was an alright meal. Just a tad bland. I added some Parmesan cheese and it helped a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True Parmesean flavor. Terrific sauce and pasta I just ate this. The flavor of the sauce was pure Alfredo flavor tasting of real Parmesean. I love it. The pasta is a tube shaped pasta and it’s just the right texture, not too hard and very good. I will say the chicken chunks are not a favorite of mine for taste and texture but they are plentiful enough, no skimping here. I just don’t eat the chicken chunks. The flavor of the pasta and sauce was just right for me.
