Noodles, onions, & mushrooms in a sour cream sauce. Cooking Instructions: Simply add 2lbs. of fresh diced beef stew meat and ¼ cup of water to the cooker. Next, add the contents of the Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Starter (sauce/vegetables) to the cooker. Cook on low for 5-7 hours. Stir & Serve! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Enough I just finished eating this product. The bag states 2lbs of meat but i used about 1.70lbs. I cooked on high for 5-6hrs. Once done, i added about 1 1/2 cup of sour cream. I sprinkled some parmesan cheese, black pepper and a little shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top when i fixed my plate and the flavor was fine. I did have more meat than the noodles and i didnt even cook with 2lbs. I felt like i needed more noodles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from it is good I just recently bought this product and found it to be very good. My husband liked it also, we found it wasn't too salty and the sauce was good. I think that if some people want more sour cream taste they could add some at the end of the cooking cycle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but needs more sauce! We decided to give this a try. I added Swedish meatballs rather beef. It was tasty, but not very creamy. Just not enough sauce. We did top it with sour cream too. We are trying again tonight, I bought a can of mushroom gravy and a can of cream of mushroom soup. I was hoping to find some tips here on which to use to make it saucier. Unfortunately, no tips, and no online chat available. Come on Stouffer's, get a chat line.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No sauce - Twice I dug out the slow cooker because this looked really good. Alas, NO SAUCE PACKET. I rushed back to our friendly Harris Teeter to get another bag. Got home- NO SAUCE PACKET. I'm really disappointed as we generally get great meals from Stouffer's. Time to review quality control.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed! I bought this over the weekend and made it yesterday for our dinner last night. We were so disappointed. The flavor did not even come close to any beef Stroganoff that we have ever eaten. Leftovers were thrown in the garbage. Very disappointed because we have eaten several varieties of other Stouffer's products and love the Italiano Lasagna, several others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money If I had known it would be this bland and sauceless I wouldn't have opened the bag and took it back to get a refund. I love Stouffer's but this was disappointing. Wish I had coupons for free meals for my dissatisfaction.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing Sour Cream Flavor I agree with the other reviewers; while this meal wasn't bad, it didn't taste like Beef Stroganoff. I feel like the sauce should be creamier. Was definitely easy to prepare though.
