Rated 5 out of 5 by mikegermain from The spinach soufflé Hello, I'm from Canada. I've been purchasing Stouffer's/Lean Cuisine products for YEARS and have been rarely disappointed. I noticed that the U.S. had a grand total of 134 products; in Canada, at least in my neck of the woods, we must have about 8. LOL. One of the American products I've bought on several occasions is Stouffer's Spinach Soufflé. I love it. And as far as heat-and-eat products are concerned, this is actually good for you (at least I think). Bottom line: price/quality ratio, it's hard to beat. There are others in there I would definitely buy, were it not for the distance to and from my home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dusty Rose from Love it! I bought the Spinach Souffle and I'm in LOVE! I expected to like it but this product exceeded my expectations. The texture and taste was similar to something I'd say is between a spinach custard and a spinach quiche. If you like spinach, and even if you don't, you should give the spinach souffle a try. It's SO good!

Very well represented at Safeway, the tastes and textures hold an appeal and a closer version of homemade. I don't know if Stouffer's has a say to each product line in each store, and what to carry, but I would always like to see this product, Spinach Souffle, and another, Macaroni and Cheese a standard item to have and hold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BBQ dad from Easy excellent side dish This makes a great side dish. It goes well with chicken and steak. From the freezer, I microwave it for five minutes and bake it for half an hour. Not how the package would prepare it, but it still tastes the same. I served this one thanksgiving and everyone raved about it. My wife made me admit that it was stouffer's.

It is sort of a comfort food for me even though it is fairly low-carb. It always bakes up to a perfect consistency and is never too "eggy" like quiche can be. They are great alone, as a breakfast side dish, or even as a side dish for dinner. I'm happy to say Stouffer's Spinach Soufflés are still made with the same quality today that they were made with many years ago. While other brands seem to be compromising the quality of their products with cheaper ingredients, Stouffer's seems to maintain their high standards. Especially in a dish with simple ingredients like Spinach Soufflé, quality ingredients are important. I think I just talked myself into making one for dinner! ;-)

I prepare it like the other reviewer: 6 minutes in microwave and then put it in the oven at 350 for 1/2 hour. I like it when it gets brown and crusty on top and around the edges and not runny in the middle.

Thaw it, add a little fresh chopped garlic, parmesan and fine bread crumbs, stuff some big mushrooms and bake, and you've got the most heavenly stuffed mushrooms around.
