Rated 5 out of 5 by Dusty Rose from Love it! I bought the Spinach Souffle and I'm in LOVE! I expected to like it but this product exceeded my expectations. The texture and taste was similar to something I'd say is between a spinach custard and a spinach quiche. If you like spinach, and even if you don't, you should give the spinach souffle a try. It's SO good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BBQ dad from Easy excellent side dish This makes a great side dish. It goes well with chicken and steak. From the freezer, I microwave it for five minutes and bake it for half an hour. Not how the package would prepare it, but it still tastes the same. I served this one thanksgiving and everyone raved about it. My wife made me admit that it was stouffer's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pudel Luver from Great old standby A favorite side dish with grilled salmon and brown rice. Flavors go together beautifully. I prepare it like the other reviewer: 6 minutes in microwave and then put it in the oven at 350 for 1/2 hour. I like it when it gets brown and crusty on top and around the edges and not runny in the middle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dylan1 from Well, its food. Our old chef bought 12 trays of this stuff. It's not bad, but it's not good either. The texture is interesting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michelle from Better Than Home Made Mom used to fix this when I was young (I'm 56 now!) and I still buy this product often and love every bite. Thaw it, add a little fresh chopped garlic, parmesan and fine bread crumbs, stuff some big mushrooms and bake, and you've got the most heavenly stuffed mushrooms around.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Elleniam from Very nice. Tried this for the first time today. I ate half hot for lunch. It was good, maybe a bit bland. Tonight I ate the rest cold and must say I liked it much better that way. The flavors were much more developed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jabberwocky75 from Excellent For Hors d'oeuvres What I do is that I microwave for 5 minutes, stir, then spoon some into mini cupcake liners, sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan cheese on top and bake in oven till a little toasted on top.I then put the mini souffles on a plate with some water crackers and it's a tasty veggie snack that both adults and kids will enjoy!
