Rated 4 out of 5 by DougM from good lasagna but they hide cooking directions I wanted to cook this product in a convection oven so it wouldn't take the full hour and 40 minutes to cook. They give directions on the box for conventional oven but say "convection oven instructions may be found at stouffers.com." It took me 20 minutes to find those instructions, and when I found them they just said "we prefer you to use conventional oven", or words to that effect. Why didn't they just put that on the darned package and save me 20 minutes?

Rated 3 out of 5 by gigi0071 from Disappointed Stouffers has been my "go to" on busy nights for years. Our favorite is the family size lasagna. So, for a recent get together, I picked up the party size. It was a huge disappointment. The edges cooked through but the middle was still frozen. By the time the middle was heated, the edges were burning. When I tried to plate a serving to taste, it looked like chili on the plate (runny). I tried to upload a picture but it wouldn't complete the upload. It seems that the party size has to many layers to cook as directed. Maybe the directions should be edited to a lower temperature for longer time period.

Rated 4 out of 5 by normandcass from Convection Oven Instructions I found these convection oven instructions on a Kmart site in the description for this product: * * * Convection Oven Cooking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Turn on convection fan. Pull tab from short side of package and remove perforated strip. Remove tray from box. Remove aluminum lid. Replace lid, bending slightly to elevate from Lasagna. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Frozen Cook Times: 1 Hour and 35 - 45 minutes. Thawed Cook Times [Product may be thawed under refrigeration (40 degrees F) no more than 48 hours. Do not refreeze.]: 1 Hour and 10 - 15 minutes. Carefully remove lid for the last 5 - 10 minutes. Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 15 - 20 minutes. * * * Looks like you just start the oven ahead of time and lower the temp to 350. Times may or may not vary from original.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Russ from Convection oven??? Says on the package "Convection oven instructions can be found at stouffers.com." At stouffers.com it says that a convection oven is not recommended? Why isn't there some type of continuity of instructions. There isn't even cooking directions on your website for even a basic oven. http://www.stouffers.com/our-dishes/Party-Size-Lasagna-with-Meat-and-Sauce/162

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sue53 from Change Cooking Times To What It Actually Takes We have bought this Party Size a few times because of the size of our family. We would buy it more often if it cooked in the time it says, but it never does. So since we just got a new Jenn-Air with a convection oven, we thought it would be be worth another try. Now I find out you do not recommend using the convection setting. It takes closer to 3 hours in a conventional oven and then the edges are burning, while the center is still cold. We wind up standing in line for the microwave so we can eat before bedtime, without it being burned. The least you could do would be to get baking temps and times accurate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SHH78 from Bring Back Convection Oven Directions My kids love this lasagna. I think it's too salty. That said, I do buy it time to time for convenience. It used to have convection oven directions on the box. They are no longer there. When I go to the website, I can't find them. I wish they would put them back on the box or website!

Rated 2 out of 5 by HungryDad from Hmm, that's funny. Me and my 3 boys will eat an entire lasagna by ourselves. It's just a shame I have to start cooking it at lunch time to make sure it's done before dinner. I also like reading through the reviews that were done OVER A YEAR AGO about people searching for convection instructions and getting a reply saying that they will be removed from the packaging and yet, here I am online looking for them. I really love your product, I do. But please, update the packaging to reflect the realism that it takes longer than 100 minutes to cook one of these, and that convection isn't an option, which I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ProffyMommy from Great product but missing instructions promised on We buy this regularly and like it as frozen products go. But the box says convection oven instructions are on the website, and they're nowhere to be found.
