Rated 5 out of 5 by Godfather75040 from Authentic Italian spices, very good! Many average Americans may not appreciate the authentic spices used in this recipe and that's okay. But for me, this is world's beyond Stouffer's traditional lasagna that has been standard issue for many years. I see some reviews do not like the flavor, but that is probably because they never had real Italian food. The intensity and richness of the spices used in the Italiano version reminds me of Italy and of my Italian god family from New York. They used only fresh spices, cheese, and ingredients and this version is spot on! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a taste of what true Italian lasagna tastes like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dianne from Easy, fast and fabulous!!! Had a hankering for Lasagna but not the time nor disposition to begin such a classically changeling meal at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Cruising the frozen food aisle, those famous red boxes caught my attention. I made my selection and lo & behold it was also on sale, yippee!! Preparation was a snap and my, oh my it was worth the wait! A simple Watercress salad on the side and voila....scrumptious dinner...happy mouths at the dinner table tonight :) Thank you Stouffer's (Nestle), for a dandy product~~

Rated 5 out of 5 by Travisha from Love It! Finally, a Stouffer's Lasagne made with Ricotta Cheese! I've had the Stouffer's Lasagna with Meat Sauce for many years, but wondered why they never made it with Ricotta Cheese. I'm glad Stouffer's makes the Italiano and it tastes almost like homemade. Great job Stouffer's!

Rated 5 out of 5 by WillMcCann3 from There's none better. I'm more of a 'heat and eat' cook however I do prepare a few dishes from scratch, not many, but the ones I do make using only fresh raw ingredients are pretty good which is to say that I appreciate the work that goes into a well prepared meal and I know what I like. That's why Stouffer's Lasagna Italiano is by far my favorite frozen food. If I were to take the time to make lasagna from scratch, this is precisely how it would taste. There's none better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GregB from I've been enjoying the original Stouffer's Meat & Cheese Lasagna for years and can almost eat an entire Party-size pan by myself! Last week, when I purchased one, I noticed that it was labeled "Lasagna Italiano" with a slightly different box design, but it still said "Meat & Cheese Lasagna" so I thought Stouffer;s had just made a packaging change. Boy, was I wrong! When I baked the Lasagna today and bit into my first serving, I immediately noticed the different taste and texture. I was hungry, so I finished it off, but couldn't bring myself to eat another slice and threw the rest away. The taste was horrible and night/day different from their traditional Lasagna. As one other reviewer noted, the sausage flavor overwhelms the other flavors and the Ricotta cheese is tasteless. Really bad flavor. Can't wait to get back to the store and correct my mistake with a purchase of their Traditional Meat & Cheese Lasagna.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RoboWizard from Ick I normally love Stouffer's lasagna. I'm sure whomever is responsible for creating this monstrosity thought folks love Love LOVE ricotta cheese. I wanted to gag when I saw the puddles of it in the dish, What an abomination. Don't go near it unless melted gobs of ricotta cheese make your little heart go pitter pat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Evans from Good simple meal This was what the doctor called for after a day on the road when you don't want to fool with a lot of meal preparation. Then to have it taste so good was perfect. Ricotta is much better than mozzarella.

Rated 4 out of 5 by magnusfl from love it but way to little cheese on the top I can make better but it cost me over twice as much but it does require more cheese on top but that a flaw on all frozen lasagna and it by far my favorite frozen Lasagna
