Rated 5 out of 5 by JIM42 from VERY GOOD, BUT YOU MAY WANT TO REDUCE THE COOKING My microwave oven always overcooks frozen dinners if I use the cooking time on the product box. I think part of the reason for this is the ridiculous FDA notion that you need to cook your food to the point of burning your food to a crisp in order to make it safe to eat. The frozen food industry has to follow the FDA recommendations to sell their products. 8 minutes total cooking time is way to much. I cooked mine for 5 minutes and let it stand for 5 minutes. The long stand time lets the heat penetrate the whole meal. That said the shell was still a little tough so I might try reducing the cooking time a little more the next time. The seasoning was just right for my American taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by William from Very good enchilada! I just had one of these yesterday and I thought it was very good. The tortilla isn't soft after microwaving which is fine by me. It's a lot less soggy that way. The taste and quality of the ingredients is great. I don't see myself buying these every time I get Stouffer's meals, but once in awhile sure. Stouffer's is one of my favorite frozen meal brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Maggie27 from Not one of my favorites Bought two and my husband and I had them for lunch today. They were very different portion wise so we took out our kitchen scale and weighed them. One was 16 oz and the other was 14 oz. cooked per directions and the tortillas were so tough they were inedible on the ends and very tough in the center. Not the quality we're used to from stouffers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by bej7013 from Quick Fix for Tex Mex I saw them advertised on TV. Very flavorful and with a little kick.Told other family members about this meal. Perfect for someone is tired of fast food take out, a single person who doesn't feel like cooking, and on a hot summer day when you don't want too turn the oven on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BAME from Don't Bother I tried this and it was terrible. the directions were only for a microwave and this method of cooking made the tortilla tough. It was basically inedible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AmyA from Yummy, but tough Enchilada I really enjoyed this, but the enchilada top was tough. Cooked on high like recommended, but I'm not sure what the wattage is on work microwave.
