Rated 2 out of 5 by tamydoshie from Doesn't take like real chicken. Very disappointed I've bought other Stouffer's products and was always pleased with them. However, these chicken enchilada's are not good. I won't buy them again. I remember a long time ago purchasing enchilada's (I *thought* they were Stouffers but maybe they were a different brand??) and my family loved them - even my very picky teenage son. But with these, he took one bite and said he couldn't eat any more, even after doctoring it up with a little extra chicken, extra cheese (sprinkled some on top in the last few minutes of cooking; I do this to a lot of these type meals), and sour cream. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing and I would have saved a lot of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Old guy from Won't buy this again We just bought this product for the first time at Walmart on 9/30/15. We were hoping the flavor would be savory since we have tried other products by Stouffer's. (We really enjoy the different Lasagnas and the stuffed peppers.) The ingredients say it has corn tortillas and chicken but we did not taste this at all. We did find plenty of rice stuck to all sides of the box with cheese and vegetables mixed in. I served my husband and myself one piece and we threw out the rest. We hope you update your taste with this one because it does need a major overhaul.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Julie615 from Would not recommend I love the Stouffer's vegetable lasagna and buy it frequently. I went to purchase it recently at my preferred grocery store and they were temporarily out of stock, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to try a different Stouffer's product. To quote Pretty Woman, "Big mistake ... huge mistake." The quality is not there on the chicken enchiladas. There is more rice than anything else. We could not eat this product. I ended up tossing it out. I will be hesitant to branch out and try other Stouffer's products in the future. Will likely just stick to the tried-and-true vegetable lasagna going forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by megan from Yummy! I love this dish! After you heat it in the oven, you need to let it sit with the plastic top off for it to thicken to the right consistency. I have it as my ONE "cheat" meal a month, and it is very filling. It isn't even that unhealthy if you have one portion on a bed of spinach. My all time favorite Stouffer's recipe is the Grandma's Chicken and Rice, but I CANNOT stop eating that, so that is like a 2x a year thing. Anyway, I was only on this site to double check the nutritional value, and I saw that the rating was much lower than I think it should be, but I think usually only people who have a gripe ever search out opportunities to review a product, which is unfortunate; it gives a very slanted representation. I WOULD like if the rice was brown rice... but that would be my only change.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gunny from Stay away from the "NEW" Style Why fix something that is NOT broken, that is the question I pose to Stouffer's. Prior to them creating this "NEW" Style, I was eating this meal on a daily basis. Now, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole, simply gut wrenching! In this new concoction, STAY AWAY! If Stouffer's would be sensible and return the "OLD" Style, I would rate this product a 10 out of 10. Stouffer's, go back to the old style! Folks, until they "OLD" style returns, Stay away from the gut wrenching "NEW" Style! This review is based on the "NEW" Style!

Rated 1 out of 5 by aardvark from Where's the Chicken? I purchased this from a Publix in Florida this evening. We wanted Mexican food but it was raining and we didn't want to sit freezing in the restaurant while we ate our food. So I thought, "hey, let's pick up a Stouffer's meal, throw it in the oven, relax and enjoy our hot meal". Wrong! One hour and 20 minutes later the rice enchiladas were ready! For my taste, I will not purchase this product again, it may be cheaper than a competitor's products but it certainly appears to me to be inferior quality. Stouffer's really needs to evaluate this recipe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by barbrepp from No longer good Why the change??? My family loved the old recipe! However, the new recipe is falling flat with them. We even searched all the stores to find the last bit of the "old recipe" before they were all gone. This new recipe is a comparison to the New Coke (and we know how well that went). It is safe to say that we will not be eating the enchiladas anymore until they come to their senses and change it back!
