Rated 2 out of 5 by Babybearlove from Why change it? Too spicy now! I admit we are Stouffers frequent flyers. At least 3x a month we eat a family meal. The enchiladas were a regular in our rotation, as well as Lasagna Italiano (which I think also has changed for the worse). Our most recent enchilada meal said it had a new recipe and was "medium" spiced. I disagree!! They were too spicy for ME to eat (a Texan, who also eats Inidan food, so I think I can gauge spice well), let alone letting our four-year-old eat them. I understand you wanted to tweak them because they've always been a bit dry, but making them THIS spicy was NOT the answer! We won't buy them again until the spice is adjusted. I'm honestly disappointed. :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by MikeGrant8500 from Stouffer's Fan not Happy I have been buying Stouffers for 10+ years and have always been satisfied with there dishes, from the Lasagna, to the Macaroni and cheese(awesome). The Chicken Enchiladas were very disappointing. Barely and chicken and cheese. The concept and preparation would of of been great if there were more chicken and cheese. Way too much rice!, I bought 12 family meal sizes for my company pot luck. Got very embarrassed on how my co workers and there guests viewed what I brung. I will never bring another Stouffers to our company potlock again. I wasted a lot of money and am still very dissapointed and very sad about that

Rated 1 out of 5 by cangurina from Where is the Chicken I recently purchased Stouffer's "Chicken Enchiladas" party size; packaging states that the enchiladas have shredded white meat chicken & vegetables wrapped in hand-rolled corn tortillas over rice & topped with real cheese & spicy cream sauce. Regretfully to say, there is very little chicken in these enchiladas, and therefore, should not be named chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas seemed to be made up of much white rice, a few black beans with cheese and cream sauce. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will never purchase these again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Teachaway from Where's the cheese I should have taken a photo. Cheese was sparsely sprinkled on half of this product. I picked up this product thinking it would be a good overall family meal. The box did not indicate how spicy this product was. It is somewhat on the very spicy side so beware. Overall, I ended up tossing the complete dinner. First, it was too spicy. Second the chicken was hard to find. Last, it was thrown together with careless intent. It had zero appeal to look at. I would not recommend this for anybody. I would give this product zero stars if that were an option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LatinaArtemis from What Happened to Stouffer's? We were a Stouffer's family, we took pride in serving their dishes at gatherings, pot lucks, and parties. However, over the past few months I've noticed the prices go up while quality go down. The sauce and cheese are on half of the enchiladas, and the tortillas come out dehydrated or the dish too spicy. What happened to the deliciousness I grew to love? Stouffer's no longer represents quality and taste, it represents cheap Walmart-quality product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gunny from Was Great, NEW style HORRIBLE! I am a single guy who cannot cook. Before (key word, BEFORE) Stouffer's changed the ingredients and came out with this "NEW" Style, I would buy this meal in bulk! Now, I refuse to eat it, simply gut wrenching! Stouffer's, why change something that is NOT broke! Please go back to the OLD style and dump the "NEW" style. If you are new to this product, stay away from any boxing stating "NEW" style! The following review is "NEW" style!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by JennAggie from We want the old recipe back! We enjoy this dish often! It's always been one of our favorites. But when I bought this past box it said there was a new recipe. I still decided to give it a try since its our go to rush meal for late nights. Well it was way dryer than before and the flavor was off. I could tell there was a pinch more heat. Maybe that's the change. My family loved it before :( now I don't think we'll be buying it anymore. Thanks for trying though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Joyce from Poorest Stouffer's entree we have ever tried! We have been waiting for just this Stouffer's product to come to our grocery. We eagerly bought the 4 enchilada package and cooked it according to directions for supper tonight. We have never been so disappointed in the way they turned out. My wife and I each ate about 1\2 of one and then decide to pitch the rest of the remainder in the trash. We could not even tell that a tortilla was evident in the entree. We could not taste any chicken in the 90 percent rice concoction.
