Breakfast Pizza

Turn biscuits into breakfast pizza delights.

  • 1 pkg. (11 oz.) STOUFFER'S frozen Potatoes au Gratin, defrosted *
  • 1 pkg. (7 1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuit dough,
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten,
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided,
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder,
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper,
  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage, fully cooked, drained and crumbl,
  • 1 topping of salsa (medium), or any flavor


PREHEAT oven to 400° F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

PRESS biscuits into 1/8-inch thick crust into bottom of prepared baking pan.

BAKE for 6 to 7 minutes or until just set and lightly browned.

COMBINE potatoes, eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, onion powder and black pepper in medium bowl; spread over biscuits. Top with cooked sausage and remaining cheese.

BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve topped with salsa.

*DEFROST Potatoes au Gratin in microwave on 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes.
