STOUFFER'S frozen Potatoes au Gratin, defrosted *

refrigerated biscuit dough,

eggs, slightly beaten,

shredded cheddar cheese, divided,

teaspoon
onion powder,

teaspoon
ground black pepper,

pound
bulk breakfast sausage, fully cooked, drained and crumbl,

topping of
salsa (medium), or any flavor
Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 400° F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
PRESS biscuits into 1/8-inch thick crust into bottom of prepared baking pan.
BAKE for 6 to 7 minutes or until just set and lightly browned.
COMBINE potatoes, eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, onion powder and black pepper in medium bowl; spread over biscuits. Top with cooked sausage and remaining cheese.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve topped with salsa.
*DEFROST Potatoes au Gratin in microwave on 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes.
