spicy brown mustard,

soft breadcrumbs,

Instructions:
THAW macaroni and cheese in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 10 to 15 minutes.
SAUTE ham, bell pepper, and onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is tender and ham is lightly browned.
STIR together macaroni and cheese, ham mixture, and Parmesan cheese; spoon into an 11-x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
STIR together butter and mustard in a medium bowl. Add breadcrumbs and, if desired, poppy seeds; toss to coat. Sprinkle mixture over macaroni mixture.
BAKE casserole at 350°F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
