Chicken Enchiladas with Cheese Sauce & Rice

I was told just yesterday to buy STOUFFER'S Enchiladas, pour a small carton of whipping cream on top, then sprinkle two cups of grated monterey jack cheese over and bake according to directions on package. (I haven't tried it yet but intend to!)

I "Absolutely Love" your Chicken Enchalada! However, I have only been able to find them in the extra large package. I am single and although I still buy them, a small portion pack would be great for lunch, dinner, snack....get my drift(smile) keep up the excellent work!

I would like to see this product packaged in a smaller container for families that only have two people. This package with 8 servings is too large for us and we have to invite relatives over if we want this product. Why Not?? BJ

The Chicken Enchiladas are amazing! Honestly, they have more flavor than some we have tasted in restaurants. It has just the perfect blend of spices! Thank You for the YUMMY and QUICK Entree! The Enchiladas are part of our family menu-almost weekly. And, it gives Mom a break from the kitchen!

We loved these, but REALLY loved the rice on the bottom the best. I want a recipe for rice that tastes the same.

I agree..they are great..but I'm single ...so I have to invite, myself.. over to my brother's house...and bring the party/size..along!!! A smaller size, would allow me to throw one in a cooler, and take it to work...the smell in the snack room would drive them wild... Coupons are always nice as well...single and saving!!! Thank You!!!......

Being seniors, my husband and I both wish the chicken enchiladas came in a smaller size. Another way might be to package it in 2 sections that could be used separately or together. Helen F.

I used to many of these a month as they were great and the family loved them. Recently they changed the recipe and even put on the box "improved". I haven't bought any in over a month now. They've basically cut the cheese sauce by 1/3 and made up for it with rice filler. Really ruined the taste.

I eat Stouffers dinners almost every night, now I'm seeing you have a lot of new dinners GREAT! There are days I probably wouldn't eat if it weren't for Stouffers. My recent purchase of the chicken enchiladas was disappointing. The enchiladas were too highly seasoned. My husband and I both pulled out a lot of the filling. I prefer the original recipe. Sorry, nice try.

I tried this for the first time last night and was not pleased. While most of the dinner was good, the chicken was atrocious. It reminded me of chicken catfood. Everything else I have purchased from Stouffer's has been "home-made" good. It would be so much better if the chicken were chunks of chicken, not that over cooked, gunk I encountered.

This is the first time I've tried these and they're terrific and I love the spicyness--even for a Midwesterner--lots of flavor! The smaller size would be nice but I baked them all and froze the leftovers for lunch and/or dinner later this week. Hope they heat up as well as they did tonight. Keep this product!! Thank you.

It takes a while to cook but boy is it worth it!! Absolutely delicious!! My husband and son were fighting over who got the last enchilada and the kids were asking me to buy it again before they'd even finished their plate.

I cut up the fam. size into smaller portions while still frozen & re-wrapped what I wasn't going to use. Now I'm ready to eat the uncooked part, but I don't have the box with the directions anymore. It would be nice if Stouffers put baking directions for their products on this website for those of us who forget to save the box!
